Driveway and Sidewalk Transformation in Nokomis

- 20x42 driveway with an 8x20 sidewalk
- Complete tear-out and haul-away, including the removal of the first few inches of soft sand
- 7 tons of road base hauled in, spread to a 5-inch grade, and compacted
- Replacement of the downspout with a hard pipe extending from the house to the street ditch line
- Reinforcement with #4 rebar spaced 3 feet on center
- Finished with a light broom texture and revealed edges for a polished appearance
